The Face and Body Surgery Congress (FABS Congress) is holding its inaugural meeting on 15-16 May 2020 and will feature a faculty of international experts in plastic and aesthetic surgery across both face and body specialties.
The programme committee made up of Prof Ash Mosahebi, Mr Alwyn D’Souza, Mr Stephen Hamilton & Mr Foued Hamza, felt there was need for a meeting which provided a platform for cross-specialty learning and interaction.
The FABS Congress was created in order to provide this platform, where clinicians can share knowledge and draw on different expertise across the whole face and body field. You will hear a mixture of plenary sessions offering best practice advice on the latest innovations in plastic and aesthetic surgery, as well as two concurrent streams with lectures and video workshops focusing on face and body surgical techniques.
The streams are split into different anatomical regions of the body. The FACE stream will include: rhinoplasty, facial aesthetics, facelifts, eyes, midface and neck. The BODY stream will include: abdomen, breast, buttock and lower body. The FABS Congress is unique as it allows you to choose from either stream depending on your clinical interests and areas of expertise. You can select evidence-based practical updates on:

FACE
Deep plane facelifts
Management of heavy neck
Facial fat compartments
Anatomy of facial aging
Non-surgical facial rejuvenation
Procedures in rhinoplasty
Oculoplastic techniques

BODY
New frontiers in fat transfer
Scar reduction
Safety in abdominoplasty
Body restructuring
Buttock augmentation and anatomy
Aftercare and garments

As well as an exhibition showcasing the latest products and equipment, there will be plenty of opportunity for exchanging ideas with colleagues and the faculty of international experts through open discussion panels, case study sessions and video workshops.
